Jedidiah Taubel

Attorney Taubel, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of general litigation, personal injury, and estate, trust & probate litigation. Mr. Taubel graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in 2018 and served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Stoney L. Hiljus in Kanabec County, Minnesota, where he worked on diverse legal issues from a neutral, judicial perspective. He worked as a prosecutor for the Winona County Attorney’s Office for a short time, handling traffic court and other misdemeanor matters. Mr. Taubel joined the firm as a full-time associate in April of 2020 after being admitted to the Bar.

Mr. Taubel has worked on litigation involving slip-and-fall, automobile accidents, challenges to trust administration and estate probates, breach of contract, and small claims matters, as well misdemeanor criminal prosecutions.
