From 1895, three generations of the Fugina family proudly served the Fountain City, Wisconsin, community as attorneys at law. Beginning with Martin L. Fugina (1895–1952), followed by Marvin L. Fugina (1935–1988), and continuing with David J. Fugina (1968–present), the family’s legal practice has addressed a wide array of issues spanning more than a century.

From handling local concerns like pigs roaming the streets and summer dust from horse-drawn wagons to tackling modern legal challenges such as recycling initiatives, infrastructure improvements, zoning for scenic bluffs, and multi-million-dollar utility projects, the Fugina family has been deeply rooted in serving the evolving needs of their community.

In January 2017, Mr. David J. Fugina joined O’Flaherty, Heim, & Curtis, Ltd. as of counsel after closing his long-standing practice, Fugina Law Office. Following the firm’s transition in 2020, he became of counsel with Curtis Law Firm, LLC, until he retired.
