Professional Experience
Sean O’Flaherty joined O’Flaherty Heim Egan & Birnbaum Ltd. in 2001 and became a shareholder in 2005. Sean represents many local and regional businesses and actively advises them regarding corporate structure, corporate governance, managing credit mergers and acquisitions and succession planning. Sean represents several regarded financial institutions. Sean has served as City Attorney of the City of Onalaska since 2004. Sean regularly drafts and reviews complex computer technology and biotechnology contracts for local companies. Sean is licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the La Crosse County Bar Association. Prior to joining O’Flaherty Heim Egan & Birnbaum Ltd. Sean was employed by the law firm of Windels Marx Lane and Mittendorf, LLP in New York City where he concentrated on real estate financing.
