Professional Experience
Mr. Richgels primarily practices in the area of commercial/business litigation. Mr. Richgels practiced law for five years with Quarles & Brady LLP in Madison, Wisconsin before returning to his hometown of La Crosse to practice with O’Flaherty Heim Egan & Birnbaum Ltd.
Mr. Richgels’ practice primarily focused on commercial transactions litigation and he has represented a variety of corporate and commercial clients in civil lawsuits in federal and state courts in Wisconsin. Mr. Richgels has also litigated several lawsuits related to real estate and real estate transactions as well as many general civil litigation cases. Mr. Richgels also has represented both commercial and individual clients in state and Federal Courts of Appeals. Prior to law school, Mr. Richgels was employed by Baymont Inns and Suites as a hotel manager.
