James Koby is the co-chair of the Litigation Department of O’Flaherty Heim Egan. Mr. Koby practices regularly in the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota. He has been admitted to practice pro hac vice in State and Federal Courts throughout the country and has acted as lead trial counsel in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Idaho, Texas, Florida, Missouri, South Dakota and Alaska.
Mr. Koby is a frequent lecturer in the areas of product liability, medical negligence, the use of expert witnesses and cross-examination techniques.
Mr. Koby has been an advocate of child safety in the automotive industry in the United States and in Europe. He has appeared on German television in support of automotive child safety legislation in Germany and consults regularly with attorneys nationwide in regard to automotive and product safety issues.
