Chris Dyer joined O'Flaherty Heim Egan, Ltd. in 2000. He is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. He is a member of the State Bar or Wisconsin, State Bar of Minnesota, the La Crosse, Bar Association, the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA).

Chris graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1997. He graduated with high honors from Drake University Law School in 2000. While at Drake, Chris served as Articles Editor for the Drake Law Review; twice received West Publishing's Corpus Juris Secundum award for scholastic excellence; served as research assistant for Distinguished Professor of Law, James A. Adams; and was a member of the Iowa chapter of the Inns of Court.

Chris focuses on litigation, in both the civil and criminal spheres, with an emphasis on trial advocacy. His civil litigation experience is broad, with cases such as auto accidents, dog bites, assault and battery, trespass, property damage, conversion, unlawful timber harvest, invasion of privacy, property line disputes/adverse possession claims, commercial and residential lease disputes, landlord abuses, partnership/business disputes, contractor negligence, nuisance actions, and harassment and domestic abuse injunctions. In the criminal realm, he has secured jury trial acquittals for clients charged with offenses ranging from OWI to 60-year felonies. Since November 2004, he has also served as a prosecutor for the City of Onalaska, Wisconsin, where he has successfully prosecuted hundreds of traffic and ordinance violations.
